Spaghetti pork sauce with tomatoes





              Hi everybody! This is my second reviewing that I’d like to present you guys to know another one dish that can be a great breakfast! This is an easy and delicious dish for a pork spaghetti sauce with a homemade taste. The reason that I choose this menu to represent my breakfast reviewing is this is a nutritional dish and its perfect to be a best meal in the rush time like morning.You can do it just one time so you keep it in the fridge and take it out then warm it whenever you want .This food reenergizes you well in the morning.     
          
              Get start your new day perfectly. Let’s see how amazing its give you a benefit from the ingredient of these dish!                           

Tomatoes - can protect your skin from dehydrated and nourish your skin also lifted your wrinkle! Tomatoes also protect cell in your body from damaging.
                                            
Carrot - A lot of vitamin C here for you and its also help your eyes to see something clearer. And there have anti cancer stem. 
                                                                            
Onions - The chemistry in onion can recover you from allergic and diabetes. It makes your health to be hard to get sick because there have anti occident to cure you.                          

Pork and Spaghetti -Proteins and Carbohydrates are known
to boost our energy and help us get through our day more 
efficiently.
                         

So let's do it yourself “Spaghetti Pork sauce with tomatoes"


               

        12 ounces spaghetti
             1 pound minced pork
          ½ pound Ham sliced
           1 teaspoon salt
       3/4 teaspoon white sugar
       1/8 teaspoon garlic pound
           2 tablespoons dried minced onion
     2 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
           6 ounce tomato sauce

Directions
    1.      Brown pork over medium heat. Drain off fat.

                   

    2.  In a large pot, combine beef, salt, sugar,onion flakes, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce. Simmer at a low heat setting for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.




    Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Serve sauce         over spaghetti.


     
  Tips !+

- Put an oil into the pot when you cook pasta. The pasta will be more soft and tasty
- You can change the pasta in to others type of pasta as you want.
- Chill the sauce until it cool down before you wrap it and keep it in the fridge.
 
- Soy sauce can makes a better taste just add it little by little on the top when you take it.
